Hi! My name is Rachael and I am the Community Reintegration Coordinator.

I have worked at IVCIL since April 2004 and was formerly the Personal Assistant Coordinator. I have a 20-year old daughter with both physical and developmental disabilities. She attends junior college to study library science. It was through my experiences as a parent that I became involved in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.
